a) Reservation Confirmation: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required, as specified during the booking process. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.
b) The full payment is required not later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
c) Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified on our website or provided by our reservations team.
d) Additional Charges: Any additional charges, such as transportation, equipment rentals, or optional activities, will be communicated to you prior to your arrival or during the check-in process. These charges must be settled before or upon check-in.
e) Prices may vary due to exchange rates.
f) A 3,5% processing fee applies for credit card payments. Direct bank transfers may be subject to fees according to your bank’s policy.

a) Cancellation by the Guest: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply as follows:
i) More than 30 days before your arrival date: The deposit or any prepayment made will be non-refundable.
ii) Less than 30 days before your arrival date: The full payment made will be non-refundable.
b) Cancellation by the Surf Camp: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund of any payment made by you. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you as early as possible and explore alternative arrangements, if applicable.
c) “Stay Flexible” Add-On: This option allows you to reschedule the reservation free of charge or receive a credit for the value of the booking, provided the request is made no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Any rescheduled stay or issued credit shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the original check-in date and is limited to the amount paid at the time of booking.

Any applicable refund for cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 14 business days. The refund amount will be based on the cancellation charges as per this policy.

We encourage our guests to communicate any changes or modifications to their reservation as early as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate these changes, subject to availability. However, please note that any changes made to the reservation may result in a rate adjustment and additional charges.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure situations such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control, the cancellation policy may be waived or modified. We will assess such situations on a case-by-case basis.

a) Health and Fitness: Surfing can be physically demanding. By participating in our surf camp program, you confirm that you are in good health and have the necessary physical fitness to engage in the activities. If you have any health conditions or concerns, please consult a medical professional before making a reservation.
b) Skill Level and Lessons: Our surf camp caters to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced surfers. It is important that you accurately assess your surfing abilities and select the appropriate camp package or lessons accordingly. We reserve the right to assess your skill level upon arrival and may recommend adjustments if necessary, for your safety and the safety of others.
c) Safety Guidelines: For your safety and the safety of others, you are required to comply with all safety guidelines, instructions, and recommendations provided by our surf camp staff, including but not limited to surf etiquette, equipment usage, and water safety rules.

a) Personal Belongings: We cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during your stay at the surf camp. We recommend keeping your valuables secure and using the provided safety deposit boxes, if available.
b) Surfing and other Activities: Participating in surfing and other activities in and out of the water inherently involves certain risks. While we take reasonable measures to ensure your safety, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during these activities.

a) Responsibility: As the renter/user of the surfboard equipment, you are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to the surfboard and equipment during the rental period, regardless of whether you have opted for surfboard insurance.
b) Damage Assessment: Our staff will assess the extent of the damage to the surfboard and equipment and determine the applicable charges for repair or replacement. Charges will be based on reasonable repair costs or the current retail value of the surfboard and equipment if replacement is required.
c) Insurance Coverage: We offer optional surfboard insurance to cover accidental damage to the rented surfboard during your rental period. The insurance provides coverage for repairs of the surfboard.
d) Coverage Limitations: The surfboard insurance covers accidental damage, including breakage or dings, caused during normal and reasonable use of the surfboard. The insurance does not cover intentional damage, loss, theft, or damage caused by negligence or improper use.
e) Proper Use: You agree to use the surfboard in a responsible manner and within your skill level. You may not engage in any activities that may intentionally or recklessly cause damage to the surfboard.
f) Personal Injury: We shall not be liable for any personal injury, accidents, or incidents that occur during the use of the surfboard equipment, whether or not surfboard insurance is purchased.

a) Changes to Itinerary: We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to the surf camp itinerary, including lesson schedules, surf spots, and optional activities, due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or safety concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such changes to you in a timely manner.

Inclusions like airport transfers are available when booking a minimum of 7 nights. Yoga, family dinners and BBQ are on specific days a week and it may not be possible to join at all times if staying less than 7 nights.

a) Boat transfers to outer reef surf spots range from IDR 100.000 – 250.000 per person per transfer and are not included in your surf camp package.
b) Entrance fees to beaches or surf spots.

Guests may be photographed and filmed during surfing and other activities organized by the surf camp. By making a reservation guests agree that their photos and videos may be used by the surf camp for marketing purposes on Instagram, Facebook and other media.
